This refers to order no 1686110 vide which blackberry was ordered on portal Naaptol.com against COD and payment of Rs 11, 198 was made to the courier company. On opening the package, To our horror, we found the following:
a) A used second hand phone.
b) Damaged screen.
c) damaged battery.
d) No CHARGER.
e) phone has a wallcomm cdma sticker which clearly shows that it is a smuggled unlocked phone and not a new black berry.
This nseems to be an open fraud by Naaptol.com being carried out openly and demanding strict legal action
