Is it true or false

Dear sir,

I have received a message on 11th April at 13.33pm that I have won 500, 000 pounds in Ongoing Nokia Promo 2010. The message also stated that in order to claim the prize I have to contact Dr. [email protected].

I would like to confirm if this message is true or not. I request you to help me on this.
