In had taken the Internet Broadband connection of Ortel communication in Bhubaneswar. I had paid 1200 Rs as security charges. I was communicated that if i cut the connection within a year & return all the devices, then 750Rs/ of security money will be refunded. I have returned all the devices in the ortel office bhubaneswar & provided my communication address. They said your money will be sent via check at your address within a month. But, now its 4 months & I haven't received any check.
