Problem in connecting ioternet o n my pc

I took a aircel connection and rechargeId with 98 voucher to conect internet on my phone and also on pc and i am suceed to conect on my phone but i an unable to conect it on my pc. When i try to connect it the ERROR 678 is shown. plz tell me soon what i have to do to solve my problem. i am also try to talk with curtmer care for 5 days but i am not succeed to contet him plez short out my probem soon. THANKS
