Hello this is anirudh chokhani from secunderabad.
Actually I purchased 2 pieces of blackberry tablets amounting to rs 25430/- (Each 12715/-) From indiatimes shopping.Com dated on 11th of august on hdfc 6 months emi basis (rs 4238.40/- Per month) and till now I have received only 1 piece of blackberry tablet dated on 24th of august. So since 2months & 6 days I have not received my 2nd piece of my order.
The 1st emi was debitted to me on 16th of august which was due on 4th of september (1/6th of the total amount was paid).
2nd emi was debitted to me on 16th of september which was due on 4th of october (2/6th of the total amount was paid).
3rd emi was debitted to me on 16th of october which was due on 4th of november (3/6th of the total amount was paid & amount of 1 piece of blackberry tablet has been recovered by indiatimes shopping.Com).
So now I want to ask you that is there any procedure that the bank doesnot debit me the 4th, 5th & 6th emi's in to my account by speaking to indiatimes shopping.Com officials because from past 22days I.E. From 11th of october continuously daily I am calling indiatimes shopping.Com customer service & telling my problem but those people say that with in next 24-48 hours some higher official person will give me a call & resolve my problem. But till now there is no response from their higher official team.
And also the time for the 4th emi has come closer I.E. On 16th of this month, the bank will debit me. So if possible can you people please speak to them on behalf of me by taking my case no ID-386980 & speak to them or not to charge me for the 4th, 5th &6th emi or reverse the amount of 1 piece of blackberry tablet in to my account.
