To Whosoever it may Concern,

I've been increasingly calling up and sending emails to Hathway for the last couple of months, trying to get them to disconnect my internet connection, but to no avail. They still bill me every month even though i havent used their internet connection.

Every time I call, they inform me that the problem will be rectified within 2 days, but im still waiting. My emails have gone unanswered as well.

My account number is 821370. Under the name Pratish Mepani.

I've had no other alternative but submit a complaint. Kindly see to the above Grievance.
