I Had taken BB 3G with Airtel, but after few days I lost my Data Card and then contacted Airtel to stop the service as I will not be using the service as i lost the Data Card, still the person whom i spoke was not helpful to be hence, i went to airtel office directly on the same day to inform the same that i have lost the data card hence want to stop the service and the person there confirmed that my service is stopped. But next month again i got a bill for the period i dint use my service hence called them and informed that i have requested to stop the service but still they were not helpful. Many times i have sent a mail to them and also again went directly to there out let but there were very rude and blaming me that i have not send the request to stop the service. And still sending mail to them regarding the same but still they are asking to pay for the service i have not used. I am feed up with this i will never recommend this service to any one this is the worst service provider i have ever seen. Who had treated there customer so badly and also i have gone with depressed becoz of this as there are also threatening me that they will send a legal letter, if i get any legal letter i am sure i will take this future to consumer court as i have all proof of calling airtel and also the data shows i have not used the service.
