Dear Sir,

I placed an order no. 7538249 for "Original power mat with accupressure technology" with rediff shopping on 13th November for Rs. 249/- and I made the payment using my master card.

I found the consignment defective when I received it on 21st of November. Then I talked to the rediff customer care executive and raised a complaint (wide complaint no. 2244) for cancellation and refund of the amount to my card. They asked me to send the defective consignment back to the vendor and email a scanned copy of the courier voucher to their email address.

I sent back the consignment on 26th November with DTDC courier with consignment no. V05529182 and it was reached to the vendor on 27th November. I mailed the scanned copy of the courier voucher to their email address requesting them for the refund.

After communicating with the customer care they said it would take 5-8 working days for the refund to get processed and get reverted to my master card.

It's since last one month I am calling them and mailing them several times, still the refund has not yet been reverted my master card.

I am herewith attaching the photos of the defective consignment and the scan copy of the courier voucher.

Hope the problem gets solved at the earliest and I get the refund.
