On 01 December I ordered online a. Dell inspiron 1525 6cell battery - y823g from Indiaplaza.Com and made the payment Rs.2536 through netbanking. The order number is i01121200207.
In their website it was stated that the ordered item would be shipped in 5 days but since then 26 days have passed but till now they did not deliver the item..Whenever i try to contact them they just give Unsatisfactory response.
There is a person named Srikanth in Customer Support, india plaza who sent 2-3 messages to me but it was completely false and misleading. They are just making baseless and worthless excuses. It seems that indiaplaza is a very big online fraudulent store.
And there is a so called CEO, K.Vaitheeswaran who have posted a message the Indiaplaza website that if there is any problem then contact me directly through email so I sent 3 messages to him but he does not have the slightest courtesy or manners to respond to even one of my email.
Indiaplaza is the biggest fraud and cheater online shopping store.
Today i have sent another message to the Customer Care and the so called inefficient and non-performing CEO, K.Vaitheeswaran to cancel my order and refund the payment.
