TATA Photon Whiz
I migrated to a prepaid Tata Photon Whiz from a postpaid account. I recharged the connection for INR 199 on December 14 and even after 15 days of running around to solve the problem, all I get after the modem activation process is: your call reference number-149 is blocked, please contact customer care. Customer Care asks me to go to the service center and the service center redirects me to customer care.
Hyderabad support centers are absolutely useless!
Can anyone help?
