I have made payment for a new connection of 1mbps unlimited plan for 15 months on 10/12, the company representative told me that the installation would be done in 3-4 days and the service will start working..but as on 2/1, the connection has not been started and no installation is yet done... also they dont pick up my calls or dont even respond. Please help me out
