Hi i have purchased a product which costs Rs 17, 280 on 17 Nov with order number 10355424 . As per their policies they have to deliver with in 3 weeks. But they have not delivered till now. I have raised a complaint in the customer-care with complaint number as 53548 on 24 Dec. But there is no solution. Can you take some necessary action. In the next month i thought to place an F.I.R on this issue.
