Improper service

Dear Consumer Court,

This is Mohsin Gunwan from Bangalore, I got a very bad experience using Tata Photon Internet device. I use it for 8 months and I registered many complains with Tata Customer care but no proper resolution Technical guy came and said problem in network there is no range cant do anything..I requested photon to cancel my service and provide me refund as the device is not useful if you have network support. My device post paid no is Tata Photon 9243544715~~
