I had requested for a 3g plan on 2nd january and till date I am not able to use 3g services. Every executive tells me a different issue. But no one has resolved my issue. I am able to use edge but not 3g.
Its been 7 days and the validity of the plan is 30 days. Now they have deactivated IVRS options from my number.
I am frustrated and its causing a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into it on urgent basis.
