Cheated by Customer Care

Initially my broadband plan was 10GB FUP, 2mbps/256kbks for Rs 799 per month. I spoke to customer care to get a better plan. The customer care representative shared me the details of a plan having 30GB FUP, 2mbps/512kbps for Rs 999 per month. I asked him to take the request for change of plan. Today I received a message saying that my plan has been changed and it is having 9GB FUP, 2mbps/256kbps. So basically they reduced 1GB from FUP and increased the rental Rs 100.

Now customer care representative is saying that they do not have such plans. The plan was for Mumbai and NOT for Pune. I asked them to file a complaint, but they did not do that. Please let me know what to do.
