I have purchased new Karbonn A11 from timtara.com of Rs. 6719/- on 19/12, my order no-10373022 They assured delivery within 3 weeks, which did not happen. When i started following up with them, they kept repeating the same standard answer - "wait for 2-3days". Every time they stated the same and frustrated me to the core.
One month back i called and asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. They asked me your order will cancel within 48 hrs, and money will refund in 7-8 working days. In spite of 2 days gone, they are yet to cancel my order itself. Now its about a month still i am waiting to get my refund.
