Bill Payment Remainder with Abusive Language

Hi,

I am unfortunate customer of Tata Photon Plus No: 92430-34556. I took the connection in November and for good six months time, it was working fine. They all of a sudden in the month of May, I got frequent disconnections (means for every two to three mins the connection would cut). Since I am working from home, Internet is the only way for me to work from here.

I had raised a complaint (No: 313360837) in the month of June and till August this was not closed. I was told by the customer service executive as well as a technician who visited my house told me that there was a network issue and hence they are planning to install a new tower, but for that it will take another five months time. Then I decided to disconnect my photon (Ref No: 321316429) and I was told by your customer care executive I am eligible for a 50% deduction in my bill and then I fought with them for waiving of my remaining Rs. 800/- odd and it was waived off by you.

I didn’t requested any re-connection of my data card, but it was from a local technician who told me that he is giving me another data card, by which this problem would be solved. I clearly told him that unless I am happy with the speed, I am not ready to take the connection. Inspite of me very clearly stating my intention, I don’t know how my connection was restored and a bill for the month got generated. Please look into the bill what was my usage. I am sure it is not even more than 5 mins, as one day your customer care person called me and told that the network issue is resolved.

Now the bigger problem is that I am getting frequent calls from this number. 91-7676464777 stating that they are from your legal team and if I don’t pay my bills by today evening a legal notice will be served. I patiently called to find our who it was and a arrogant lady was on the other side. Before I could explain my stand on the outstanding she started with abusive language (even dragging my mother into it). She had messaged me the following:

“Bledy Bugger u don’t have money means go beg on brigad uvl get children and make pay”

Is this want a customer of you wants. Do check in your system was it my mistake to ask for a disconnection. It was your network failure that prompted me to cancel the connection. It was absolutely not my mistake in not paying the money for the service which I have not utilized. Even I had network problem from May, June, July and August, I had paid the full bills. Technically I am eligible for 50% discount on all the bills, if at all my complaint is kept open over a period of a billing cycle. My complaint was not closed for more than 4 months, they how could you people refer me to a third class persons like this.

I am in a bit of dilemma, who I should sue first. You as a service provider for threatening me nor the lady who uses abusive languages for no fault of mine.
