The company I am filing a complaint against is Cyber Astro. They deal in Vedic (Indian) Astrology items, which includes precious and semi-precious gemstons set in pendents, rings, etc.
Not only do all their packages come damaged (they are appallingly packaged!), my last order - a ruby ring ($686.30)- wasn't even in the package! It took 5 weeks for this empty package to arrive at my home.
I e-mailed this company the same day as the package arrived, and I didn't get a proper response from them until I e-mailed them again 2 weeks later.
What's more, my previous order of a yellow sapphire ring ($1078.00) was mounted on the wrong setting. I contacted them regarding this matter and have yet to receive any reply!
