customer complaints AIR TEL BROAD BAND UPEAST
This is preposterous. All through the month not even for a single moment did I get a download speed of 2 Mbps (the contracted rate upto 20GB) - it was always below 1.1 Mbps.
And now I am being told that we would reduce your speed under FUP to 250kbps.
FIRST KEEP YOUR END OF THE COMMITMENT of 2 Mbps that is implicit in FUP. Without ever giving 2 Mbps you have no right to truncate my speed. Fare Usage Policy is a two way street and the sooner you understand this the better.
You have no right to reduce my speed to 250kbps after 20GB if you never gave 2 Mbps in the first place.
You can see my complaint mails all through the month in this regard and the speed has still not been restored. (Complaint mails sent on May 3, May 6 & May 9 plus four or five telephone one even today afternoon but to no avail.
