Discrepancy in Billing

Airtel has provided a bill of 4500/- instead of 750/- which is the plan. Airtel resists to correct this bill by providing a reversal. Technical details provided prove that the bill plan communicated to me and applied at backend are two different thing.

bill details provided for March is as below. The below bill was given for a 7Gb data usage for the month of March.By the time the case was logged with technical team, the second month bill too was generated with same figure. Even providing the written communication with the Airtel team on Plan change requested and plan change applied and communicated to me did not make a difference.
