Hi,

I purchased Airtel 3G dongel which is not working inside my home. I had given a request to Airtel Customer care about the problem, informed them next dat i purchased. Comaplaint Resolution time is 5 days, After 5 days they called and said we will resolve the issue in another 2 days. After 2 days there was no communication. After that i called customer care many times they said we will sove the problem asap.

Compaliant Number was - 43250572 - with out any resolution they closed the complaint as normal. If they would tell that we can give service i will try for some other network they are not answering for any of ther problem. Kindly help me to fix the problem with Airtel.
