Hi

Several complaints on Airtel Broadband.

Airtel representatives do not take note of all requests.

Reference numbers were issued only for change in plan but not for disconnection.

Paper Bills suddenly changed to e-bill without my consent (and sent to wrong id inspite of repeated corrections).

Aitel was to revert with clarification of bills (bills more than Rs300 of the agreed on plan per month). But since they did not get back on time i am billed for two extra months. The reason their executives have not taken down my cancellation request. Then i have to pay for an additional month as Airtel needs 7 working days to cut the connection.

And while i wait for them to revert recovery agents harrass me every day. Issue notices. Threaten to take me to Lok Adalat!

What does Airtel take us customers for. Can we not be treated better? Would appreciate help to get this attitude of airtel stopped.
