Smartbytes abd Billing Issue

Hello,

I have been a customer of Airtel from around 4years and recommended my all friends to get Airtel connection.

I am on a 4Mbps Unlimited connection. I have exceeded my 25GB FUP usage (even that won't happen usually) last month, my speed went down to 256kbps so added a smartbytes 5gb package and my speed increased but in few hours it went down again and when i goto smartbytes page it was showing 0GB left in your account. How can i use 5GB in 1/2 hours. I was just checking mails and listening to music. Does that uses 5GB? so i had a online call next day so added one more 5GB smartbytes package. Same happened with this also. So smartbytes din't worked properly for me but still in this month's bill you added smartbytes pack also. Few days back talked to a airtel representative and he told this won't come in bill but they charged it in bill. and Today is 13th and i got a message you have used 80% of your usage. How can i use 25GB in 10days?? Before i had a 2Mbps 10GB connection and that was working fine for me. But later i started using 12-15GB Max so changed plan and I am on this plan from few months and never exceeded 25GB. I use max of 15-20 GB.

Please do check and fix this issue soon.
