I had been complaining to the Airtel Nodal Officer and Airtel Appeallatte regarding 2 bills sent to me. I have been sending mails to the emails addresses mentioned but are not bothered to reply back.
I recieved 2 bills from Airtel
1. One Bill in my name at my old address which I was staying 2 months back of which my bills have been cleared.
2. Another bill has come to my address with another name and my address.
I have kept on requesting them to rectify it but they never got it rectified and my broadband & calls are bieng blocked.
Tied reaching K Sharma, Appellate at 080-41115201 and mailing email@example.com with no success. Any other numbers or should I take any other course of action?
