Airtel sucks...

i have recharged my number,

with airtel gprs pack of 97 rs for 30 dayz..

which includes usage of 2 gb which is almost 2000 mb.

which meanz almost 60 mb /day

my 12 dayz has been passed

and i cant even use more than 50 mb.

i still have 1962 mb in my account...

the reason is,

therse speed really sucks a lot...

i am from kashmir...

and even google page which is just some kb's that even can't loaded..

and now lets talk abt thier c.c department..

once u have called them abt this prob,

they will tell u this problem will be fixed fix in 24 hrs,

as usual which never gets resolved,

than when we try one more to cc.

they bar the number...!!! what the heck is this.

one of cc told me is ur hand set compatible??..hu ha haa

i uses relinence net last moth, thatz awsum... speed of 15 - 25 kbps.. on the same phone...

i am using nokia n73 which is s60v3 phone...

Whenever i press "9" during the call to speak to customer care.i just hear "SMS AIRTEL T0 121 FOR YOUR QUERIES, THANK YOU FOR CALLING AIRTEL, HAVE A GREAT DAY"..

is this all what i pay for???

dont know y airtel has hired sum villagers in their technical support department...

these pple even dont know a bit related to technology..

or anything...

plz its my humble request to u, plz do some thing regarding this matter...

...
