Dear Sir/Ma'am

I had applied for the airtel broad band services in the month of march but i didnt get any connection there so i told them to cancell and refund my money. So according to there guidance i fullfill all there details on there customer care (no tll free number) then after 1 month i got my cheque back but they have have wrongly written my name so i am unable to get it from bank. So i again contact to thee customer care no they told me to send ur aal the detail and bank cheque and application for changing the name and mention with right name and with a bank details. So i courierd them to there given address. After 15 days i Again call in there customer care no but some of them told me that they dont receive the courier and they blameed on the courier service so i enquired about courier my courier agent told me that he had dropped the courier in right position. So i again call them they refused me and told me to resent all the documents. So i again sent them the document with a application in which i have mention my name rightly but i got my cheque on 19 th july

again they sent me the cheque with wrong name and i am again unable to withdraw it from bank. So i need u to guide what to do next with them...
