Sir,

This is to inform you that I have complianed against the discrpencies in airtel broad band bill for the connection 05224060892. I have subscribed the antivirus of cost 85/- per month. But from the start of this financial year the charges were increased automatically from 85/- to 170/- for the month of March to Apr. Further the charges were increased from 170/- to 255/- for the month of Apr- May without any information / intimation. I have raised the complain on 01-06-10 but till today I did not recieve any clarification for this increase in charges.

Beacuse of no clarification for my complain I am unable to submit the bill. I also said this problem to airtel but still they did not expedite the procedure. I have also submitted the three reminders to them.

I would be thankful if you suggest something for the same.
