I had a AIRTEL Broadband connection. Phone number 02240169478 I disconnected the same by informing the customer care of AIRTEL. I cleared all the bills before disconnection. They accepted the request. After their confirmation of disconnection I received bills month on month. I asked for explanation for the same to the customer care again but no action was taken from their side. Now I am getting collection calls from AIRTEL to pay the money when I never used the BROADBAND. I request everyone not to use AIRTEL BROADBAND service. It is such a disgusting customer care.
