I applied for the Airtel Broadband connection on 9th of april in Madhapur, hyderabad. A sales representative came at my home and collected my ID proof xerox, electricity bill, photo along with 1800 rupees for the 3 months charges and promised me that connection would be through till 11th of april. But they failed to get connection to my home even after a week passed, they told about some technical difficulty/hurdle and asked for more time since they need permission to dig the road. but on 16th of april I refused for more time and I asked for the cancellation of the connection and asked my money back. They took my cancellation request but since then I have been waiting for my amount.
Please do the needful and return back my amount.
