Last year, we had requested for Static IP for 1 year. While applying, we had clearly informed to the customer care that automatic renewal should not be done as the requirement is only for 1 year. Inspite of this, Airtel renewed static ip without taking our permission and has charged us Rs. 2, 500 for the same. We have been calling Airtel customer care for the last 2 months but in vain. Horrible response and horrible customer service. They keep repeating the same like a broken taperecorder and dont even bother to listen to what we are saying.

Is there no end to this?
