I am using a broadband connection along with land line phone since more than one year. Now problem is that

from last six month they are charging Rs 30 per month for music which I had not asked for. I complain each

month to their customer care every time he assured me to disconnect the said service and waive the charge

But up till today only Rs 60 is waived and they still charging each month from last six month.
