I have mailed earlier regarding the net connection problem but i have not got any kind of feed back from your side so i donot want to continue this service. This is to bring to your notice the poor Internet services provided by your

company on 25 August to till now, bearing reference User id - 16621573. I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by your company this time.my problem are not sort yet

we have updated many times that we have bought modem from the airtel, Infact have shown reciept to the engineer from airtel despite of showing reciept evry time customer care execuitves denies to except this.and every time we are getting wrong information from your side.

We would not appreciate this and we would like to disconnect our connection
