NO NEW CONNECTION

I had booked a broadband and fixedline connection online on 4th october by paying rs.500 online through my debit card. The necessary documents were collected on the 6th from my house. Till 12th i got no response from your side so i registered a complaint with the customer care with complaint no.5551202..now the customer care are saying that they have no record of my transaction and coLlection of documents..my application no.is ONDELHI00004685 AND TRANSACTION NO.1004649199.PLEASE DO HELP ME... OR REFUND MY MONEY
