I, Jatinder Ahi, would like to highlight the extremely pathatic quality of services that Airtel Broadband provides to their customer. I ordered a new connection to the company more than a week back, getting guranteed activation of services, installation within 2-3 days however till date, services have not even started, despite of various follow-ups. This is not even the bad, but the worst kinda experience.
Even while filling the new application form, I requested for a new model, for which Airtel was supposed to charge full amount from me, however I was shocked when Airtel people sent me a model saying its New, where it was repaired recently...
I really would like to inform Airtel about their product quality, and asking them to immediately take action on this.
