With reference to your letter dated 28/03 regarding non-payment of my dues pertaining to Mobile Services A/c: 1019083404, I would like to inform you some facts which forced me to deny payments.
Since the day I purchased the data card I have been experiencing a very slow Internet service. I made Number of complains to your data card helpline numbers and I was getting a response that there GPRS team is working on it but I have not seen even a minute difference. please refer complains made by me with numbers and date for your information:
complain# 2959408 on 25th Nov.2009
complain# 29721425 on 3rd Dec.2009
complain# 30117586 on 25th Dec.2009 and
complain# 30372765 on 9th Jan. 2010
Your customer support was worthless to help me out and the cost of the Data card worth Rs.2500/- was a financial loss to me and the kind of frustration I was going through, being a customer only I can understand that. Why you have not acted when I was complaining and now you are asking for payment? Check out how much data I used? I will pay only for the data used and nothing more than that.
