I am really fed up with Airtel Customer service, I have called them up at least 20 times and written them equal number of times but all they have to make are false promises time and again. I requested transfer of my broadband & Landline connection (Phone number 01244370249- Complaint number 356548) on 26th of June. I have been following up regularly on this to get it transferred and have made many calls to your customer care for same but have not got any satisfactory response so far.
It has been 35 days now since I logged my first request but have not received any response so far, each time I am given a new request number and a new date for completion of my request. So far I logged following request other than my original request
