Excessive billing despite repeated reminders

This is Mohammed Nooruddin from Kolkata.my e-mail id [email protected] and my phone number is 9830379587. I am using an Airtel broadband connection. I want to discontinue one of their value added service which is called '" WEBSITE STANDARD PACK SCHEME CHARGES" and i have been requesting them to discontinue the service since June. Everytime i speak on their Helpline Number of 121, i am assured that the service has been scrapped and i will not be bothered by the same again. But the next time I am again charged Rs.250 the next month for this. this has been going on since June and every month they are charging me for a service which i have never used.

This service as a whole was mis-sold to me. At the time of offering they informed me that it is for free so i accepted the package but after one week was told that it was a mistake and will be charged Rs. 250/month. i said then i dont need this and kindly scrap the service and on the phone i was assured that the service will be scrapped and i took their word. But, to my horror after four months was shocked to see that i am being charged 250.00 every month for a service which i have never used.

Request you to kindly bring my grievance to the notice of the concerned authority.
