I have been requesting Airtel to disconnect my broadband connection since 6th Jan'2011. This is due to their poor quality but everytime they come up with some excuses and promise me to fix he problem. However, till now (24th Feb) they are not able to fix the problem. They says that they will send a technicial to fix the problem but none has come to my house to see the problem so far.
It is really annoying that neither they are disconnecting the connection and charging me every month and nore they are fixing the problem.
