I have taken an Airtel 3G DataCard on 1st February. While issuing the datacard I was told that the Free usage will be given on pro-rated basis and my bill will be calculated from 1st to 20th. During the usage period, I have called them several times to confirm this and to give my outstanding bill amount. However their customer care (which in my opinion is the worst ever service) said that it will be available only when the bill is generated. Finally now, they have created a bill calculating the pro-rated basis from 1st Feb - 10th Feb and asking me to pay 15000 ruppees.

I have been calling their customer care to try to explain these details and their customer care quality is poor to such level that they are recording some irrelevant details in the customer complaint and not providing the solution.

Every time I call to follow up the complaint, the customer care people put me on hold for 30 minutes and drop the call.

I do not know what sort of customer service is this and I may be ending up in paying this bill which is a total fraud.
