Overbilling

Hi,

I have been the subscriber of airtel broadband since november with id:01143044680_dsl. They are providing extra service and charging 100rs under DSL Usage Charges every month even though I repeatedly asked them many times to stop it. What to do how to take this forward. Please help me.
