I have availed of 3G services from Airtel. My mobile no:9004212229.The company had set my credit limit of Rs.2, 500/-. I have gone in for Rs.750/- plan with 2GB free. After 25 days my service was disconnected. The bill generated was Rs.6700/- for the month of April. When i enquired i was told that i had utilized only 900mb out of 2GB and the customer service/support promised to give me a call back but that never happened. Second time when i called up i was told I had utilized 1.5 GB which was below 2GB and the customer support/service could not help me with the details the third call i made i was told that i had utilized 3GB. The fact of the matter is all along i was keeping a track of my usage because i was getting unbilled amount to a tune of several thousands every time. I confirmed with them that my bill would be of only Rs.750/- for using 3G service if the usage is limited to 2GB . I never had any problem with Airtel earlier but this consistent change in their statement regarding my utilization shows that there is manipulation from their end. I want this problem resolved.
