I am very sorry to say that now airtel broadband internet connection is going to be a very big problem for the customer. According to airtel executives airtel is going to be bankrupt they have no money to bear the cost of service engineers so they posted one engineer for whole district. A general complaint may take five to seven days to be attend. they have divided the customers in gold, platinum etc customers according to there bills . platinum customer's are attended on priority basis other have to wait for more than seven days some times .so much big company too much low profile in customer care shame on them.
