I am having the broadband connection and landline connection- 0120-4564855 in the name of my wife priyambada, I am using this of more than 1 yr but from the last some months i am facing some problems with airtel, around 2 months back there was some modem problem register the complaint, executive came and said yr modem is not working so we have to replace it by evening i said ok and than after 1 or 2 days later he came with a another repaired modem i told him why ur installing repaired modem why not u replace with new one even i am ready to pay for it he said we don’t have any policy to replace with new modem, he installed the repaired one, but after some time i face same problem with modem, I tried his no but i hvt rec any response, because of this i stopped the payment of airtel and decided to disconnet my connection the outstanding amount was around 1560/-because of this airtel barred my net connectin and outging of my lanline, on may 24th i received a call from one gentlemen saying that he is calling the
airtel collection center and offering the comeback option if i paid 1000 Rs than they will discount
565 Rs and my connection will be active said ok not a problem, he said i can send the recovery boy he will collect the money, i said not required i will pay online from my bank a/c, and i paid 1000/- from my a/c, but still i am receiving the calls and sms to pay the balance Rs-565 ..
complaint No 2- i register the request on 28-05-11 request no 46984028, stating that around 18-20 days airtel barred my net and landline services kindly deduct the bill amount which i have to pay on june. Still its unsolved.
