I Mr Roopesh Kumar Misra having using Airtel Broad Band service (022-42643336) for last 3 years and it is working fine
what ever the Airtel service want to activate in the existing service I am always activate without any
hiccups, in return when I want to change the address from previous mentioned to new address the
customer care (Airtel) harass me like any thing.
I had follow their rules by booking a request with a service id 2623658 on 20th August and make a strong
request to make the necessary changes as early as possible.
their Customer care executive and as well as Manager playing with me like childish commitment.
I need an Explanatory appology from the concerned person in written
