Calls for payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Renuka. I am getting calls from Airtel for payment though I am not using the internet services since June. I have shifted to Banglore and that was a fixed connection, I had cleared all their dues I have records but their recovery agents just harass me in the afternoon hours when I have to attend my kid.

I am tired of calling their customer care executives, managers.

I was assured by the Airtel that they will transfer the connection to Banglore so I brought the setup with me in Banglore. But they never gave me any connection.

How can they raise a bill when I am not given any reconnection in Banglore.

Please take it up with them
