I have been having a network problem with airtel telecom services and have been writing to the for several months now. i havent recd a solution yet. now they send a huge box with a big pile of cables at my house for booster installation. the worst part is that they dont feel the need to even inform me that they are doing such a thing. i havent accepted the box but still it is lying outside my house. if it gets lost or stolen it is not my responsibility. they have not bothered to inform me the process for booster installation, the health hazard involved in implanting a network booster in my house and other details. i am already fed up of the airtel service now this is another headache. pls help resolve.
