Hi. Iam Dr.hari vighnesh using airtel 3G data card from 20th sept.

Initially was in 675 plan with 3 Gb of free data usage and my bill amout for that month (20th sept – 19th oct) came 1908 which was acceptable from my usages. So didn’t bother much.

Later, went online found 1250 plan which was not told when purchasing this data card. So called customer care, with so much difficulty changed my plan to 1250 and they took almost a week time to change the service functionally. Was happy after then as it was told with a free usage of 12.5 gb per month.

And finally at the end, the month bill from (20th oct-19th nov) came 6142.45.I really wonder how does it possible.

Went online spend almost 4 hours. No where mentioned the usages.iam very much sure it wouldn’t have crossed the free limit.

I usually get messages from airtel periodically to make me aware of the usage. As on 18th nov got a message saying usage as on 17-Nov is 10.39 GB which is 83 % of your total available free usage.that was the last message After then no messages regarding tht.

My question is how it can come to 6142.45.how does it possible. Credit limit is 5000 after onwards its free unlimted and so how it can be charged to 6142.

I called customer care spoke twice to the officials sangeetha then transferred to senior official karthika. They couldn’t actually explain me the issue, then so gave airtel nodal officer number 9952434865 tried contacting for 2 days, couldn’t reach. Very disappointed with airtel service. so unwantedly mailed airtel nodal officer, there got a reply.. feel free to contact 9952434865.

Where the hell to contact airtel.god knows!!

So then again called customer care. Surya prakash the official spoke..very careless talk. He then made me to wait in the line for another 10 mins for giving a answer that someone will call me in 4 hours of time.

Another official Mr. Naveen called and the same thing happened. he again asked some more time for another official to contact.almost a day..

No airtel official called.really bad with airtel. They cant even explain me how. This is how they charges the bill.

Very bad. And iam not going to pay a single rupees with out valuable reason.

My money.cant put it on water like that
