Dear Sir,

This is inform you theat i had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 30/11 and even after an advance payment of Rs.1000 made, theere is no proper response from thee service provider side. We have also send a complaint therough mail to theeir mail id ([email protected]) and after repeated reminders they made a call on 27/01 saying theat theey will repay our advancement payment on or before 27/02.But still we didn't receive any call or even our token payment. I Kindly request you to take necessary action against theem and do thee needful.
