I got a new Airtel broadband connection 0124 4240408, while applying for it I paid Rs. 500 as advance which was supposed to be adjusted in first month bill. But it wasn't adjusted.
Following up with Airtel since last 1 month, but till now nobody responded with the solution, everyone promises that it would done today/by evening. On other hand, each Airtel Customer Care people call me asking to pay bill of Rs. 500.
