I'm using airtel postpaid mobile connection for the past 10 years. No: 9940 1870 81
Last month, bill amount is charged as Rs.3149.68.
I'm using CUG connection and my monthly bill amount will be in the range of Rs.314/- to Rs.350/-
I'm shocked to receive this amount and contacted customer care.
I was told that they will arrange call back and will get call from their superior in 24 hrs time.
But I didn't get a call and so I called again.
This time, I was told that they will arrange call back and will get call from their superior in 12 hrs time.
But I didn't get a call and so I called again.
This time, they promised that was they will arrange call back and for sure I will get call from superior in 1 hr time.
But, It's almost 2 days and I never get a call..
See how ridiculous the customer care from Airtel Is...
I think, I need to cancel the connection and opt for another service irrespective of how they provide the service..
Never use Airtel GPRS or 3G services as they never inform you about the data usuage and it will lead you to pay 5 digit number and you will never get response from customer care or any of the senior officials and you will be left to stand alone and your only option will be to disconnect the service
